Our team has been managing furnished homes in Europe since 2011. Today we make them available to companies and professionals, and we offer owners a simple and secure way to let.
What we do
We select quality private homes, take them on leases held in a company’s name and make them available to companies and professionals, furnished and ready to live in.
For owners, this means secure rent every month and a single point of contact who is responsible for the home in every respect: rent, maintenance, any damage. The home remains theirs, looked after and checked regularly.
For companies, it means furnished homes ready to live in, for stays from a few days to several months, with one point of contact from enquiry to departure and the invoice made out to the company.
How we work
We choose every home in person
Before proposing a lease, we visit the home and assess its location, condition, furnishings and fittings. We only take on homes suited to people who travel for work and expect a high standard.
We look after it every day
Our team organises cleaning, maintenance and regular checks with trusted professionals. Problems are sorted out quickly, without the owner having to lift a finger.
A single point of contact
Owners, agencies and companies always speak to the same person, who oversees every step and replies within 24 hours.
Written commitments
We sign the lease within 48 hours of receiving the documents and pay the rent on time every month. What we promise is written into the lease.
